Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide you with programmes that are highly entertaining, enlightening and that look great. We understand, though, that you might change your mind, so here's our refund policy.

If you have not yet downloaded your purchase and you change your mind within seven days of your purchase, just let us know. Once we've checked that your order's download status complies, we'll refund you your money immediately. No hassle.

However, due to the nature of our products, we have to enforce a strict no refund policy once you have downloaded any part of your video purchase from us. Downloading the video, or part of it, is the same as opening the box in the physical world. We hope you understand.
